Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Xpresspro Fx ("Xpresspro Fx", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website and platform accessible at xpressprofx.com together with its related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any product or feature offered on it, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or to the Privacy Policy, you must not create an account or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Platform is not available to users in jurisdictions where its operation would violate applicable law, sanctions, or export-control restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may restrict or refuse service, or close accounts, where required by law or where we reasonably believe eligibility is not satisfied.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and must keep that information up to date. You may not register under a false identity, impersonate another person, or create more than one account without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes or backup codes associated with your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you, unless such activity results from our fault.

Xpresspro Fx provides a platform on which users can deposit funds, hold in-app balances, buy and sell digital assets and stocks, purchase share packages and signal subscriptions, trade manually, and copy the activity of lead traders. This section explains — honestly and clearly — what the Platform is and is not.

Trade Execution and Settlement Mechanism: Orders submitted through the Platform, including manual trades and copy-trading positions, are matched, cleared, and settled via Xpresspro Fx’s internal matching engine and risk management protocols in connection to live market execution. Settlement parameters, reference values, and (WIN/LOSS) calculations are governed by proprietary platform algorithms and pre-defined execution rules that directly routes to the appropriate third-party liquidity pools or external order books.

Real securities, assets, or instruments can be bought, sold, or held. Stocks, shares, and digital-asset positions on the Platform are internal representations of real market assets maintained in your in-app wallet ledger. Purchasing them transfers ownership of, and entitlement to, any real-world security, asset, or financial instrument, and creates a relationship with the companies whose names appear on the Platform.

Custodial Account & Licensing Notice: The Platform provides asset wallet functions under its authorized operational licenses. Holdings reflected in your in-app account represent licensed custodial entitlements rather than retail banking deposits. Customer funds are kept strictly separate from corporate operating capital in monitored accounts. Unless explicitly offered through a designated product module, account balances do not accrue bank-style interest yield.

Returns are not guaranteed. Any projected returns, win rates, trader statistics, or illustrative figures shown on the Platform are estimates of market values. Past performance, including a lead trader's displayed track record, does not guarantee future results. You can lose part or all of the funds you commit to any product.

Not investment advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You make all investment decisions independently and at your own risk. Consider consulting a qualified professional before committing funds.

Deposits are made by sending digital assets to a Platform-provided address (shown as an address and QR code) and/or by providing proof of payment. Deposits are credited to your in-app wallet only after confirmation by us, and until then appear as Pending.

You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address, on the correct network, for the correct asset. Funds sent to an incorrect address, or on an unsupported network, may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us. We may reject a deposit, and decline to credit your wallet, where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or a violation of these Terms.

Your in-app wallet maintains balances per asset (for example BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC, and a USD cash balance) and across categories such as main, bonus, referral, and withdrawable balances. These balances are internal ledger credits as described in Section 4.

The amount available for trading may differ from the amount available for withdrawal. Bonus and referral balances may carry additional conditions, and only balances credited to your withdrawable balance are eligible for withdrawal. We may adjust balances where required to correct errors or reverse fraudulent or improper activity.

Buy and Sell operations let you convert between the balances in your in-app wallet at Platform-set prices. Individual stocks, curated share packages, and signal subscriptions are purchased from your available balance and recorded in your portfolio.

If your relevant balance is insufficient for a purchase, you will be directed to deposit first. Stocks and shares are internal representations of real marjet assests as described in Section 4. Signal subscriptions may be one-time or monthly; monthly subscriptions renew automatically from your balance on the renewal date, and will expire if your balance is insufficient to cover renewal.

Manual trading lets you open positions with a chosen asset, direction (long or short), leverage, duration, and amount. When you open a trade, the required funds are earmarked from your balance and the trade is created as Pending.

Your trade is settled once its duration has elapsed, by an administrator or by a pre-configured settlement rule based on live market events. The outcome (WIN or LOSS) and any payout percentage are determined by the Platform as described in Section 4, and the decision is final. A losing trade may result in the loss of the full amount you committed. Leverage can amplify both gains and losses, and you can lose more than your expected exposure within the limits set by the Platform.

Copy trading lets you allocate an amount of committed capital to mirror the activity of a lead trader curated by the Platform. When the lead trader's position is triggered, a corresponding position is created for each active follower, sized to the follower's committed amount.

Copy-trade positions are settled through the same platform-managed process as manual trades. On a win, profit is credited to your balance. On a loss, the committed amount is forfeited and the copy position is automatically stopped. You can lose your entire committed amount. Lead trader statistics displayed on the Platform are maintained by the Platform and do not guarantee future performance.

To withdraw funds from your in-app wallet you must first complete identity verification to our satisfaction. Identity verification requires you to submit a government-issued identity document and a selfie, which we review before approving your verification. Withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed verification will not be processed.

Withdrawal requests are submitted from your dashboard and are processed after review by our team. We may delay, reject, or reverse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, where the request appears erroneous, or where required by law. Withdrawal fees, if any, are set out in Section 12.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required to initiate withdrawals, regardless of whether you have enabled 2FA at login. Where 2FA is enabled, you must enter a valid code generated by your authenticator app, and you must keep your backup codes secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, 2FA codes, and backup codes. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We will never ask you to disclose your password or 2FA codes; do not share them with anyone who claims to represent us.

The Platform may charge fees in connection with deposits, withdrawals, trades, and the purchase of products such as stocks, share packages, and signal subscriptions. Any fee applicable to a specific action is shown to you before you confirm that action.

All platform charges below are fixed USD platform service fees. They are charged by the Platform and are separate from any blockchain network cost, which is estimated live where applicable and shown separately. Fees are calculated server-side and never supplied by your browser.

• · Deposit Processing Fee — $55 (deducted from the credited balance at confirmation)
• · Withdrawal Processing Fee — $95 (standard queue, 3–7 business days; deducted from the withdrawal amount at disbursement)
• · Priority Withdrawal Processing Fee — $135 (optional expedited queue, same-day / within 24 hours; deducted from the withdrawal amount at disbursement). Priority processing expedites platform-side handling only and does not control blockchain confirmation times.
• · Investment Plan Processing Fee — $75 (charged at plan activation, disclosed first)
• · Wallet Setup Fee — $35 (applies only to a manual wallet setup or re-link service performed by our team; connecting a wallet yourself is free)

Fees are deducted at the point of disbursement for withdrawals — you are never charged a withdrawal fee before your funds are released. Fee amounts are configurable platform settings and may change; the fee shown to you at the moment you confirm a transaction is the fee that applies to that transaction, and the exact figure is preserved in your transaction record.

The Platform's referral program rewards you for referring new users via your unique referral link or code. When a referred user completes a qualifying first deposit, you may earn a commission calculated on that deposit at the rate in effect for your referral (a default of 5%, which may be changed by us at any time).

Commissions are credited to your referral balance and are subject to the rules in Section 6. You may not refer yourself, create multiple accounts to generate commissions, or otherwise abuse the program. We may withhold or reverse commissions where we reasonably suspect abuse, and we may amend or discontinue the program at any time.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal or unauthorized activity;
• Provide false, misleading, or stolen identity information or documents;
• Create multiple accounts, or attempt to circumvent account restrictions or bans;
• Manipulate, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or other users' accounts;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Platform except as expressly permitted;
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools in ways that are not part of the Platform's intended functionality.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by law or for the protection of the Platform or other users.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any verified, withdrawable balance subject to the terms of these Terms; balances that do not meet withdrawal conditions may be forfeited. Suspension or termination does not affect your obligations that have accrued, including any pending fees or liabilities.

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all other content, is owned by or licensed to Xpresspro Fx and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY BALANCES, PRICES, OR OUTCOMES WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XPRESSPRO FX AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US$100). THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xpresspro Fx and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xpresspro Fx is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer-protection or other laws that cannot be waived by agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, legal requirements, or our business practices. We will notify you of material changes by reasonable means, including by posting the updated Terms on the Platform or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
